Improving our mobility and re-learning / developing healthy movement patterns are essential to avoid chronic injury and to feel good in our bodies. Being able to perform functional movements such as running, swimming, squatting, lifting and jumping should come easily, but as time goes by our bodies can forget how to move well. We thoroughly assess every client's movement patterns to spot any tightness or weakness that may cause muscular imbalances and poor range of motion, we then seek to rectify this by guiding you through a prescribed set of appropriate flexibility and strengthening exercises tailored just for you.
